Order Cancellation
Customers may contact Dawar Computers to request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Cancellation after dispatch may not be possible.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the product condition, reason for return, manufacturer policy and applicable consumer law. Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation or physical damage may not qualify.
Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us promptly with your order ID, photographs and other relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed back to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Manufacturer Warranty
Where a product issue is covered under manufacturer warranty, the customer may be required to contact the manufacturer's authorised service centre in accordance with the warranty terms.
